We're heading up to the Yukon and Northwest Territories, so it's essentially Vancouver and turn left, stopping at Inuvik.(I have the Inuvik weather on my desktop now -
) We spend a couple of nights on the Inside Passage too, which I've always wanted to see so that's a bonus. Followed by Icefields Parkway. Soooo excited.
Inside Passage is beautiful. Maybe you might be lucky to see 1-2 wild porpoises. I took a B.C. ferry (no need to take an expensive cruiseliner) through the Inside Passage to Prince Rupert.
Make sure you bring insect repellant to protect from blackflies and mosquitoes in the Arctic during summer.
