    Before and Now Pictures

I'm so happy to report that I am finally seeing a change in my body! I feel so much stronger and healthier. I think I've lost around 20-25 lbs since last summer. Here is my before and current picture

Limewave- that's really great progress. Don't you have much more energy
    now? High-five!!

I've lost 35 lbs since January 2009, (23 w/ the help of cycling. When people comment to about how I look since losing weight, my response is: "I feel so much better, that's the important thing".

145.6...painfully slow this time but at least it is continuing - I keep telling myself that it is due to all of the lean muscles that I am building

I think there is clear improvement!

Now I will post my weight....159.4. Not happy or sure why that is. I am going to see my nutritionist today, so I guess she can help me figure out where those 4 pounds came from. I am predicting that it is because of my period + a tapering week before the race + a recover week after the race. I hope it is water weight anyway....sure feels like a lot of water!!!

Thank you for letting me post my good with my bad. It helps me be a little less obsessive about the bad!

    Good luck everyone!

Lime--I totally love what a tough chick you look like in your after. You really look amazing!

G--I am pretty tall right at 5'8". That means that I can weigh more, but that no one notices if I loose weight! On the flip side of that, I have been at 155 for a month or so now, and I randomly went up to 159 in the past two weeks, but no one but me notices that either. It spreads out a little more.

Nice work with the nutritionist! I think that it helps so so much. I can't wait to see mine today so she can steer me in a better direction!
