Since I started working full time in July after being laid off for seven months, it was quite an adjustment to fit my work outs in. I knew the only way to keep consistent workouts was to do it in the morning before work since I have kid commitments and am still doing freelance work after my day job. I get up at 4:30am and check email and have some java for a half an hour and then hit the bike for 55 minutes. After work, I ride outdoors when I can and do a weekly spin class at the gym on Wednesday's. The key for me is not to snooze. Once the alarm goes off at 4:30, I am up and heading for the coffee maker.
