I let the tiniest little things get in the way of my workout. Again. Came home from yoga, had time for a little run before the fence repair person came, but blew it off, then he called to re-schedule and I still didn't go, and now DH wants to go shopping and out to eat...
So, I repeated to myself three times, "Anything's better than none at all," which is a REALLY difficult thing for me to understand, and went out for 1.75 miles barefoot. Getting longer, getting stronger...
