Loss of appetite is NEVER a problem for me...

Have you ever worked with a sports nutritionist? Since it seems to only happen on your longest runs, it seems to me that it must be something that you're either deficient in to start with, or not replacing as fast as you use it.

I hope you figure it out!

I'd like to figure out how to be LESS hungry after my long runs. Put me out there for 2 hours, and I want to eat my left arm the rest of the day.
