I ride a Trek pilot 5.7 and average 100-125 miles a week spring and fall and less than that more like 75 -100 in the summer. After completing a cross country from California and Florida last year, and haven fallen with injuries and 6 weeeks off each time twice already this year, my goal is to get back into shape to manage a week in the hill country in April , a centuy in the little red riding hood ride with my 4 sisters in June and then another cross country along the mississippi from south to north after that in early 2011.

Basically if I can get back to doing a 60 mile ride in under 4 hours at least once a week along with several shorter rides during the week and continue 2x a week with my trainer I will be supremely content.
