Ideas to jazz up my bike - what have you done to yours?

Dirt and mud, that's how mine looks its snazziest.

Admittedly I don't jazz up my bikes much at all --honest, I'm afraid of bike theft. I use my bike all over the place since we don't have a car.

The closest concession to frivolity is a red heart bell he got from Belgium. and it doesn't work too well, but I like it. Makes sense?
