164.8 this morning. Small bump down.
It doesn't seem like a milestone, but it's the weight that the BMI calculator has as the highest weight in the healthy weight range for my height. So I am officially (though it seems silly and one pound is an arbitrary difference) in the healthy weight range and no longer "overweight." But I have a ways to go before I am in MY normal weight range.
I thought I was watching the amount I was eating but the scale said I did nothing different. Stayed the same 149.2. Doc says I'm not allowed to do any exercises other than walking, so I guess I better walk a little farther![]()
