Running has not gone well for me this week.

I attempted a 14-mile run Wednesday night. About 6 miles in I experienced intense side pain. It did not diminish when I walked, tried different breathing techniques, stretching, moving my arms around, etc.

I guessed it was a ovarian cyst (I've had these before). In all my brilliance, I decided to just keep running until it ruptured then the pain would go away. And sure enough, the pain became very severe and then disappeared.

But by mile 11 I was starting to feel nauseous and had to quit my run.

Yesterday, the side pain came back. I notice it when I'm walking or running up and down the stairs. I tried running early this AM, but the the pain in my side became too intense and had to walk.

I made a dr. appt for Monday
