232 on the dot! Woo hoo! Eating a couple hundred calories every few hours seems to really work for me. I've also revamped my kitchen by getting rid of all the processed junk and eating mostly whole, natural foods. DH and I have also decided to go vegetarian a few days a week (good for us and good for the planet
) with the hopes of eventually being full time vegetarians. This is a big step for DH who was raised on meat and potatoes!
