232 on the dot! Woo hoo! Eating a couple hundred calories every few hours seems to really work for me. I've also revamped my kitchen by getting rid of all the processed junk and eating mostly whole, natural foods. DH and I have also decided to go vegetarian a few days a week (good for us and good for the planet ) with the hopes of eventually being full time vegetarians. This is a big step for DH who was raised on meat and potatoes!

Yep, and that's why we are doing it gradually. I've made 5 vegetarian dinners in the last 2 weeks and DH didn't even realize it When I mentioned it to him last night, his exact words were, "Wow! It's that easy? I noticed my pants were fitting a little looser." Men are so oblivious sometimes, LOL.

    114.2 this morning :-)

It really helps to know you are all out there. Reporting every week adds an extra level of reinforcement.

I have gone more and more toward eating smaller snacks and meals through the day. Also, starting cycling in the summer made me think much more about the kinds of snacks I was eating. Even on non-ride days I'm hungrier, so I have added in a morning snack of fruit, a handful of almonds or something else to keep me going. I can eat more- but not a lot more- and still lose weight, writing everything down is key for me.

I hope everyone has a successful week.

Great job Sammy! Glad you found something that works for you! Funny, I've finally given in to the fact that I like to eat BIG meals. So I eat a large breakfast and lunch. No snacks. And then have a very light dinner.

    181.4 for me this morning.
