Thanks for all the great ideas. I am now searching for some kind of cake topper with a couple on a bike...has anyone seen one? i can't seem to find ANY kind of figurine with a boy/girl/bike theme to it.

PS my bike stamp for the invitations is on the way! i can't wait! now to order the chocolate mold (bike shaped of course!)
