I am looking for a phone cradle to be mounted on my handlebars that will fit my blackberry curve 8330. Not looking for a pouch as I want to be able to see the phone.

Have you looked at Ram Mounts? They're very popular and highly regarded.

I went and looked there and one was a cradle but I guess I need something that it will clip into. That cradle only covered 3 sides and I think I may need a 4 sided cradle in case I hit a bump or something on the road.

RAM mounts are made for motorcycles. If they'll hold up to those bumps and vibrations, they'll hold up to bicis. My DH keeps his larger Garmin (weight 14 oz) in one on his FJR and previously on his FZ1.
