    Does running count

I have switched to a running commute for now because I can run enough time to count for a little more exercise and I actually like it.

There's a woman I often see running in the morning wearing a pretty sizable pack so I think she does a running commute. I sometimes see her on a bike. She always seems to have a pained look on her face. I hope you are having more fun than she.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

I did a bike commute today. I knew that there was some wet weather coming in the evening but the weather reports were saying it would start after dark. Nope. It was a wet, cold ride home.

I left the office at 2:30 and it started to rain just as I walked out the door. They were way off with the forecast because I, like you, thought that the rain was going to start later in the evening.

I hate you both, Pfunk and Slug.

I actually attended a 5K training session hosted by our Fitness Center today (along with a gait analysis and shoe recommendation from a local running store).
    I'm am SO not a runner, but they're doing a 5K on April 1st. How's that for an April Fool's event...me running a 5K????

Speaking of warm weather, have you seen the forecast for this weekend? Temps in the 50's ... YES! I'll be outdoors all weekend, riding most of it.

*snort* I've often wondered if people I pass on my commute notice the look on my face, especially when the weather and temperature and my mood is sub-optimal... If so, I hope they all caught a look of the huge silly grin on my face yesterday!
