How Was Your Commute Today?

It's been a long time since my bike commute saved me any money At least in winter. Unless I factor in, say, playing tennis as an alternative way of keeping fit.

This was my commute today

The sun was so blissfully allovertheplace on my way home that I just had to do a detour up a hill with a pretty view. The road was pretty packed with snow near the top so I had to concentrate to stay upright, but no traffic apart from two careful and considerate sightseers. There's a restaurant up there with a glorious view over Oslo, in summer I do hill repeats up here, today I was happy to just sit.

there is just nothing like the first days of real, bright sun after a long dark winter!
