Lie on your stomach 5 minutes. Better, worse, same afterwards?
Prop up onto your elbows 5 minutes. Better, worse, same afterwards?
Do a cobra 10 times. Better, worse, same afterwards?
You probably distorted a disc, and if you can find the motion that shoves it back into place you'll be fine. You just have to keep shoving it back until it stays that way.
Playing with extension motions is free, and at the very least gives you a little info about the behaviour of your back. Remember, it's how you feel AFTERWARDS that matters. Cobra might feel kinda squeaky as you move the spine, but if you feel better afterwards, then it was a good thing. 60% of grumpy backs due to discs respond to extension. 40% don't. PM me if you don't feel any better even after 10 cobras. (not that the pain will be gone... wouldn't that be nice! but that the back feels at all better or moves any better, even if only for a little while)
