I rode today - only the 2nd time on the road this month.
Nice, slow ride with a friend who is recovering from breaking the ball of his femur. The wind was brutal, though, and clouds covered us most of the time, which made for a chilly 20 miles. Still, 20 miles is much better than no miles.
