Odd things you see whilst driving in Australia

Whilst driving back from Vic this past week, we saw some odd things...(We'd noticed them on the way out east but didn't have time to stop so made a point to do it on the way home) and just had to take some pics.

The first ones are in South Australia & am unsure if it's making a statement against the expansion of a local tip or uranium mining???

The last one is one in a series of trees on the only road between Eucla & the Mundarabilla Roadhouse (should you be bored and want to google earth that...). Others had tinfoil , shoes & Australian flags...

Seems the Aussies share the passion for putting up strange things in wide open spaces. I've seen a row of half buried cars somewhere in west Texas, and more than one "shoe" tree in various western states.
