I got my swim mojo back!! I'd lost it and was afraid I wouldn't find it again, but it's back!

I swam 500 warmup, then
4 x 200 0:30 RI
4 x 100 0:20 RI
4 x 50 0:15 RI
200 cooldown.
2100 total.

I managed to do 11 of the 12 intervals in my main set under 2:00/100yd with two of them at 1:46 & 1:48/100 yd. This is slow for alot of you, I know, but for ME? Those times are awesome for me.

I'm a happy girl today!
