Reading all your postings is great inspiration for a complete beginner....
I've been going to a master's swim class once a week. By far the slowest one of the group, but I'm doing my best to keep up and it's great motivation. Add in a couple of extra swims Thursday and Friday mornings and I actually managed to put in over 3km in the pool this week! And today I felt like I was actually getting a little better, particularly with the bilateral breathing.
