236! Down 2.5 lbs from last week. I'm eating many small meals throughout the day and it seems to be working for me. Yay!

thanks for the charts.

I've started doing this, too! 200-calorie snacks/meals, mostly, and it's really keeping my blood sugar even.
I'm down just shy of 20 pounds since September, and I think a good bit more than that since I joined the forum here.
Possegal, do you have the old-old-old sheets showing where we were a year or more ago?

Yep, I've not deleted any of them. Want one year ago?
Hope this link works

168.
Yippee! Still making progress! 213.6 this week, which means I've kept loosing nearly a pound a week for a month! Long way to go yet to reach my ultimate goal, or even the goal for this challenge, but I can see progress and I can feel progress too in how my fitness is improving (slowly).
Thanks. This forum has really been hugely inspirational. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your keeping the records, Possegal.
It's funny - I'm losing gradually, so the people I see all the time haven't really noticed, but every now and then I'll run into a friend whom I haven't seen in several months and they're blown away by the change. Of course, it's all relative. I'm still waaaaaaay overweight, but you know what my big realization was recently? I'm no longer 100 pounds overweight.
I don't know what my ideal weight actually is, but I know 125 is too low for me. I'm thinking 140, and if the 2 lbs per week keeps going, I could actually reach that this year. That's amazing to me, and attainable, thanks to this community. Thank you all for that.
I'm going to need a new picture soon. My current avatar is looking less and less like me every week. <g>

Roxy, I find your posts motivational. I didn't have as much to lose as you, so I can imagine it is a tough climb to stay with it. But you always sound so cheerful and positive, and when I see your avatar pic, you look so joyful and I feel inspired by what you have accomplished. Make sure your new pic captures that same spirit.
