LMAO! That's so funny cuz it's so familiar! It would be perfect to add in a little bubble over your head with the sound of you hitting the couch, "Boooooffff."

I experienced that yesterday. Did 44 really hard miles. Was proud of my speed. Came in and was standing in the kitchen trying to figure out what to do, which is supposed to be easy. Get the recovery drink out, mix it and drink it. But my brain wasn't working too well and I realized I had an overwhelming need to NOT be standing anymore. I sat at the kitchen table and buried my head in my arms on the table. Dh came in, who also did the ride, and says, "Are you okay?" .... "Mm hmm" is all I could muster.

I was SOOOO wiped all day. Luckily I didn't have to be anywhere and laid like a slug on the couch the rest of the day. However, today, I did a much harder ride with the most climbing I've done all year, over 3,000 in 39 miles, immediately after yesterday's hard ride ... and did NOT feel nearly as wiped out after. Weird.

So yeah ... I can totally relate.

Wow! Good work. Those sounds like similar rides to what killed me. Of course, I didn't do it two days in a row. So good work!
    "Namaste, B*tches!"
