I have seen the mail truck in my hood.
I have to go dig out the mailbox.
Thing is, there are two boxes together, mine and the reverend across the road. If I dig mine out his automatically gets dug out too. I know there are teenagers over there who could do this.
My mailbox has become detached though, and it kind of just sits there.
I'm thinking I might dig enough to get to my mailbox, make a pedestal out of snow and viola!

My mailman has come twice at least, I think - but he comes and gives me junk mail, because I guess they're not sorting mail - so one or two pieces of mail like the coupon packs, but not real mail.
And I don't care enough about junk mail for the effort that it took for the mailman to get out here - he shoulda just stayed home.

I drove down to NC on Friday to have my race snowed out on Saturday. It melted by afternoon, so I went for a ride, which was nice. Sunday's race ended early with pothole-induced mechanical problems
. Oh well.
