Enough with the snow already

One of the Frederick county commissioners posted this on facebook to demonstrate some of the challenges they've been facing in their plowing efforts:



My grocery store was well stocked with food tonight. But it had ice cream, so all was good in the world.

I missed that FB photo.
That must be out towards Adamstown.

I went to Weis today and it was fully stocked. I'm not much impressed with Bloom. It seems to be more of a market than a grocery store.

Meh. Weis always seems ghetto when I go into it, and I hate where it's located. Bloom's convenient for me and I like it.

He said it was Steiner Smith Road, whereever that is.

Oh, that heads down to Legore Bridge road, which means I've probably ridden on it.

Now to figure out where Adamstown is

Past the Bike Doctor towards Sugarloaf.

Still no mail delivery.
No mail since Thursday, Feb 4th.
They MAY come today - but usual Saturday delivery is after we leave.
Stupid USPS.

I have seen the mail truck in my hood.
I have to go dig out the mailbox.
Thing is, there are two boxes together, mine and the reverend across the road. If I dig mine out his automatically gets dug out too. I know there are teenagers over there who could do this.

My mailbox has become detached though, and it kind of just sits there.
I'm thinking I might dig enough to get to my mailbox, make a pedestal out of snow and viola!
