    It seems like I always reach a plateau around the "0" numbers - 170 and 160 were both very difficult to get under - and I won't say how many decades long it's been since I have been under 162 so I really should not be complaining

    Mine wasn't intentional though! LOL! I am shocked as sh!t that I didn't gain during that time!

    I am glad that I just re-weighed myself - I am back to 150.... perhaps I should weigh less often
