I ended up doing over an hour on the trainer - some intense hills. Why? Because my kids are driving me crazy. They are both mad at me and the dog (female) isn't happy with the snow so there's a lot of tense estogen in this teeny, tiny condo! Next time you drive by, 7, can you pick them up? Based on what I saw, Noah has plenty of space for 2 skinny, scrawny girls.

I stopped by the shop the other day - after I sent that smart arse e-mail about them being closed on Sunday. The entire gang was in the back and they were thrilled that someone was coming in the shop - until they saw that it was me . Pepper jumped up and said, "We only opened the shop for Pfunk (both first and last names) and you don't even have the decency to bring your Madone in with you?!"
