For 2006 I would like to ride at least one century.
I want to ride or get to the gym at least three times a week.
Total miles...at least 1500.
There are several uphill sections of our local mountain bike Trail of Tears that I want to be able to do without falling over...Same for the downhill parts.
I want to keep my weight between 110-115. That will require the above AND avoiding the never-ending supply of chocolate and sweets that will appear at work from now until after Easter!
