i use spaghetti squash where ever i used to use spaghetti or other pasta noodles. it's done will with meatballs and with a pesto sauce. we prefer it to noodles now. well, i don't know if i will try it and asian dishes, but, maybe. the sweetness really pair nicely with the acidity of the tomato sauces. yummy!
