I'm a month late, but can I join?
I have FINALLY gotten myself to a place where I am dieting, exercising and for the first time in my life actually think I'll succeed at weight loss. It's a good place to be and as silly as it sounds, I owe it all to my bicycle. I've lost 30 pounds since Thanksgiving and plan to lose 20 more by July. I am for the first time in ten years under 200 pounds!![]()
So I'm starting at 192.5 and my goal for the end of February is 185 or less. Hopefully less! bikerHen
