    136. Again. (I blame the impromptu ski trip with OMGBOOZE and all the associated social activities)

Refocusing. Will not hit goal, but can't give up trying to do *some* damage here.

170.6 I am eating horribly. I think I ate too much sugar over the holidays and now I feel like I always crave it and I keep giving into my cravings. I need to wrap my head around healthy eating again or I am going to gain back all the weight I lost. Weight loss is such a mental game.

My neighbor just commented something about 'yeah, but you ride a bike, right?' - I think that if we get the predicted 20-30 inches, even my bike will be of no help!

20-30 inches? Oh my, that IS SNOWMAGEDDON - and here I am hoping that my car can get out of my apartment complex tomorrow morning to get to my gym in time to work out before spinning class - and they are only forecasting 4-8 inches here (they don't do a real good job taking care of our complex and there is a steep hill at the entrance).

    154 this week.

We are only getting 3-4 inches--I hope you ladies out east don't get what they are saying. You will be snowed in for weeks

You've certainly been hit hard this winter.

The ABC weather guy just updated saying "we're still on course to get well in excess of 20 inches by tomorrow night."

My cousins live in Ontario and have been laughing that here in DC we've been getting way more snow than they have. We have had a hard hit sort of winter. But I love snow. Especially "shut down the federal government" snow. :-)

Again...I'm late and again, I am at 130.5. Teaching too many classes and seeing too many clients while not walking the walk that I talk. (If you get what I mean...which is, failing to eat cleanly.)

I am going the wrong way. 162. I even joined a gym and started working out regularly and gained weight Right now I'm stressed out with some stuff my son is dealing with, and like Jones, am eating anything with sugar that is not nailed down.

I'm working on happy thoughts and little sugar!

That is the late, great, Bailey cat. On his head is a bracelet that says "Expect Miracles". When my sister was diagnosed with cancer, my whole family and bunches of friends started wearing these bracelets for her. Her cancer had a median survival of 23 months and we all felt so overwhelmingly powerless. It was a small thing, but something we felt was a way to show her our solidarity with her. Bailey also wanted to let her know he was in her corner.

I lost my Bailey boy, to cancer in fact, in January of 2009. My sister, however, is kicking cancer's a$$ at 33 months since her diagnosis with no uptake on PET scans seen in her tumor for the last 12+ months. Maybe there is something to our bracelets.
