No milage goal for me as I have to have surgery next winter which makes any weekly/monthly estimate irrelevant.
BIG goals (won't know if they're attainable till mid-march)
1) Win Virginia's BAR (Best All Around Rider) for my Cat.
2) Upgrade to Cat 3
3) Make it to Collegiate Nationals
For Sure Goals
1) Ride 29 days a month (aside from surgery)
2) (re) Start a local women's only ride (early march)
3) Be a good mentor to the junior I'm sponsoring on the team.
4) Lose the &$*@% last 8 pounds/5% bf that need to go.
5) Lift a minimum of 4 days a week
6) First Adventure Race, and maybe the whole local series.
