When I cut out Starbucks, I lost 20lbs in a few months. It's worth it. Tea is better for you anyways, and it's just as good. I haven't missed coffee a bit, and I certainly haven't missed spending over $500 a year on coffee.

I think last week I was a bit low and this week a bit high from natural fluctuations ,plus this week I had a road trip and less exercise...

I'm a month late, but can I join?

I have FINALLY gotten myself to a place where I am dieting, exercising and for the first time in my life actually think I'll succeed at weight loss. It's a good place to be and as silly as it sounds, I owe it all to my bicycle. I've lost 30 pounds since Thanksgiving and plan to lose 20 more by July. I am for the first time in ten years under 200 pounds!

So I'm starting at 192.5 and my goal for the end of February is 185 or less. Hopefully less! bikerHen

This is becoming painful - 151.2.... (and they want me to have MORE calories? I know, I know, but it just isn't intuitive).
