    Yes. I have had two F4s over the years and they both came with their straps. Liked them very much but eventually broke a button on both of them (and I don't think I'm that strong or rough).

    Not sure how you can get an accurate idea of calories burned if you don't have one with a strap that is constantly measuring your level of exertion. If you are only using one where you touch the buttons for an instantaneous reading now and again (which, don't get me wrong, is good for working out how hard you are working right then) the calorie calculation can only be about as accurate as one you work out in your head from the usual formulae/rules of thumb around the place.

    I have the Polar F7, and it came with the strap as well. I thought it would be strange wearing it but it isn't. It is also nice to be able to make the strap smaller every week or so as I shrink
