Last tune-up before Saturday - 6 x 100 m strides.

And I've got my first 100-mile month. The other day when I thought I had 12 to go, I'd forgotten to count the run I did last week when my watch was dead. Like I said, if it's not in the GPS, it didn't happen.

A milestone.

Oh, and I made myself some iskiate this morning, and it tasted and felt good.
