Yesterday:

Breakfast: Myoplex protien shake with milk and 1/2 banana
Snack - fat free yogurt
Lunch - salad greens with baked chicken
Snack - more fat free yogurt
Dinner - chicken wrap (with veggies) at fitness club
Snack - boiled egg with 1 piece bread

Exercise: 30 minutes weight lifting. 10 minutes walking, and 50 minutes spin class

Today:
Pretty much the same though for dinner I am planning to make an egg-white omelet with veggies and my evening snack will be 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese and a small apple.

Exercise tonight will be about 15 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the step mill...
