    Frustrating - I guess this is just how the body works. Most of my exercise is during the week and my calorie intake is a little lower than the weekends. The weekends I tend to take it a little easier on myself, sometimes I take the two days off, or I do different things that are less intensive - and I eat more.

    My weight is always 3-4 pounds lower on Monday (yesterday it was 150) - but then by Friday it is always up a couple of pounds. This is perplexing to me, but considering how quickly the inches are going away I suppose I shouldn't complain

    I moved over the weekend and am up to my ears in boxes so I didn't get to weigh in. I will weigh in again this weekend, if I can find my kitchen... I'm guessing eating out for the past few days isn't going to show so kindly on the scale...
