Yesterday
18 kms. bike ride after breakfast:
1 c. of microwaved oatmeal with a bit of skim milk
c. of tea with skim milk
Snack #1: 1 biscotti and 1 coffee with skim milk
Snack #2 : 2 c. of tea, 1 banana
Supper: homemade foccacia with sundried tomatoes, basil, onion,garlic, red pepper
homemade dessert foccacia embedded and baked with green grapes and mango slices with lemongrass, grated ginger root, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon and drizzled with honey and lemon juice.
Had leftover focaccia for another meal.
Today:
16 kms. bike ride
Same breakfast and snack #1 & #2 above.
Supper: broiled salmon fillet with miso-orange juice, ginger root and lemon topping/marinade, steamed lettuce (well, lettuce abit soft for salad). With buckwheat and green tea noodles on side. (Well, had to use up last of buckwheat noodle left in pantry.)
