Tektro V-brake Not Re-centering After Braking

Can someone explain to me how to fix my front brake? It doesn't center itself after braking, and the right pad drags on the wheel.

Hmmm...answered my own question, thanks to the internet and Sheldon Brown.

Thanks! This was exactly what I needed! I couldn't get the brake to pull evenly so the first place I check on-line was my trusty ol' T.E. site!!
