I WILL have my first century as soon as possible next season unless I can figure out a way to sneak it in during the winter. I have 7 metrics under my belt now and I wanted to get another last Saturday, but again daylight (lack of) and cold knees slowed me down. If I can manage it all I WILL try for at least ONE more metric before the end of the year.
YOU inspired me to try my first. Remember, I want to be YOU when I grow up.

well shoot - does that mean I gotta grow up now??
- as for riding in the cold, it just takes longer and yeah - that daylight thing is kind of a bear to work with but I have all the faith in you girl!
Don't tell Surly but it was 22 with a wind chill of 18 during my morning commute today - I looked like the Michelin Man!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
