Looking forward to seeing photos from Pip and now kiwi for NZ.

My avatar..is an oil painting that I did. It was inspired by a waterfall photo that my partner took when he went kayaking in NZ for the day. He was cycling and camping in NZ for several months.

Sigh. I haven't been able to take Maidei out yet as I've been unwell again. I was going to take her out today, but a string of still, hot and cloudless days came to an end. Today it's been cold and wet, with a gale Southerly. I had planned to take her into town to watch the last stage of the Tour of Wellington, but no such luck ...

I will, however, try to take her out one night this week then send her on to Christchurch! In the meantime, she's been enjoying the downtime and hanging out on the veranda in the sun.

Ok, call me dense, but I can't see any way to upload photos on the Wordpress blog. Where is the darn button?!

http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/ If you are unfamiliar with Wordpress and this is the only time you will use the software, maybe it might be faster to upload the photos in TE forums.

Consider the time investment. More people might start looking around in this thread lst before going over the blog..now that this will split finding photos in 2 different places.

Well, that photo uploading command doesn't appear at all when I'm using Wordpress. Very strange. It could be something to do with the fact I'm using a Mac, or with the Adblocker software my husband installed for me before he went away on holiday. I now can't use Firefox to get into Blogger, so perhaps it's causing issues with Wordpress.

In any case, after finally managing to remember my Yahoo email address I managed to get into my Flickr account, so let's try uploading a photo here instead!

Ok, that didn't seem to work either. I've uploaded the link to my Flickr account, but it's not showing in the message thread? I'm obviously not supposed to be anywhere near a computer today.
