Last time I was in the pool was the day before Thanksgiving! This morning I did a 400 yd warmup, 5x100s, and 250 pull. My arms were tired during the swim, even though I have been in the weight room 3x a week. I noticed perceived effort in the pool is much higher than when running or cycling. Was checking the HR between 100s and it was less than 70% of max yet I felt like I was dying during the effort. This helps to know- that I'm not actually dying! Or drowning!

I have been a running fool, though. Signed up for a 5k in February and a 10k in March.
