118.8 Hurray!
Last week I was up a little- I think I was still recovering from riding 150 miles the last week of the year and holding onto water and the extra food intake I earned from all the miles.
Hope everyone's upcoming week is a good one for healthy & nutritious eating and energizing activity.

No change but the podiatrist told me no running for a week....bummer. Maybe I'll make up for it next week.
