    118.8 Hurray!

Last week I was up a little- I think I was still recovering from riding 150 miles the last week of the year and holding onto water and the extra food intake I earned from all the miles.

Hope everyone's upcoming week is a good one for healthy & nutritious eating and energizing activity.

158.4 A little down. I want to revise my goal to 155. I lost my first 20 pretty quickly, but I want to focus on my training, and have the room to experiment with my nutrition without feeling the pressure to loose too fast. I think that is a good goal, and I would feel better with that. In the meantime, I am trying out eating my activity points on WW, since my training has increased tremendously! Good luck everyone!
Slow and steady (like a train!)

131 today. Oh well, at least it's a downward trend.

    129.5

My first sub-130 measurement of the new year! The holiday damage is slowly being reversed. My lowest reading in the fall was 126.5 (saw that twice!) so 3 more pounds to make up all the ground I lost during my holiday baking extravaganza! I can do this, I can do this.....

168.0 one more pound and I am back to my pre-holiday weight. I still can't believe how much I ate and gained over the holidays.

158.5. I saw 157.5 earlier in the week but I took my son to McD's yesterday on his way to his dads and caved. I shared an Angus burger with the dog but I ate all the fries
