A second "AMEN!" to Coach Lynda's plans. I have a prebuilt and it REALLY helps with a specific goal, but it also makes indoor training more interesting when you're following a specific workout. I don't have time to get bored when I'm timing intervals.
For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.
