You have an easily accessible pocket, don't you? How about putting an old fashioned handkerchief in it? If that isn't enough, go with a towel (or my favorite--an old cloth diaper. Those things will absorb almost anything!). As long as it's easily accessible, it shouldn't slow you down much to grab it and wipe while riding.
