156.6 today. No loss - but no real gain either. I worked harder than my norm this week, and probably needed more calories. I've learned that if I don't get enough calories, then my weight doesn't change....

    Friday 1/8 was at 136

-- gnat! (had to put my 15 year old cat down on Wednesday, so I'll chalk that number up to the quarter-bottle of Scotch I ended up drinking)

I was all over the place, up and down depending on the day or time of day.
I saw as low as 124.something. But didn't believe it. Let's call it an even 125 and see what happens with this weeks weigh in.

Wasn't able to get to a scale until today. 141.5 - not bad after having spent three days chaperoning a chorus trip and eating all of my meals where the girls wanted to eat. Starting my New Year's resolutions tomorrow!

158.8 Maintained. I finished my first week of Ironman training, and I am experimenting with upping my calories some, but still trying to loose...try again next week and see what happens!
Slow and steady (like a train!)

GNat - sorry for your loss!

I'm still at 160 - I started running last week though! It had better warm up soon so I stick with it, lol.

What day do you weigh in here? I'm used to Mondays but it looks like it's Friday? Not a big deal, just want to be consistant.

    Have a great week everyone!

the chart is set up with Friday weigh in days, but any day folks choose is just fine. Some folks do a specific day for other reasons (access to a scale, WW meetings, etc.) and no need to weigh in twice. So no worries, just post when you have that week's weight.

A delayed reporting of the bad news: 217.2 this week. And a nasty cold to boot.
