Thanks for the advice, I think I will have my husband roll everything out with the stick for me. I have been stretching, but it just doesn't go deep enough - it relieves the stress briefly (it does feel better) but doesn't remove it. My chiro was "stretching" that area and asking if I felt it, I said no, and he said I'd have to do it, he couldn't get deep enough into the muscles. A good downward dog with heel presses does feel good, but I think I need to go to the next level. I'm wondering if there's something in that system I need to strengthen, too.
