Goal? Well since I don't know how much I weigh right now maybe I should wait til I get a starting weight and then figure out what is possible in 8 weeks. I suspect I'll wager a 5 to 6 pound loss. That is what I SHOULD shoot for

That's definitely the best way to go. Once folks weigh in on Friday (or whichever day works best for you) then also figure out what your goal weight will be for 26 February.
