How does this work, exactly? It looks like the bike is sold without pedals. I'm assuming there's a shipping fee. Does the bike come assembled? Is it likely that the tires are okay, or will they need replacing as soon as the bike is delivered?

The reason I'm asking is.... ah... intellectual curiosity.
