8 miles for me this morning. It was about 30 degrees out, with very dense fog. Which means freezing fog crystals on the ground and slightly slippery conditions. I took it easy wherever it looked slick, or in the dark patches. 85 minutes start to finish, which included a 3 minute walk at 45 minutes while I ate a Gu and drank some water. I can't run over 60 minutes without some nutrition half way through.

Save for tight calves, it felt pretty good! And I love that 8 miles feels "routine" now, when just 6 months ago I'd never run farther than 10K.
