LOVE IT! We just got back from 2 hours on the MTBs in the woods in 22 degree temps. Lots of ice everywhere! And snow. Probably the last outdoor ride for a bit though with the predicted Nor'easter coming our way (and dropping 8"-12").

Didn't have the studs on today, but was wishing I did in a few places.

That is the site where I first found my tires. It has great info about technique and safety! I think lph mentioned it first, but I'm not sure. Anyhow, it is a great resource.

My sweetheart does a LOT of winter riding. I'm not quite up to that level yet. Maybe if I steal the Pugsley for a bit and get myself acquainted with the snow.

I saw a Pugsley in person 2 weeks ago. I think you could get through anything on one of those!

I want one sooooooo bad.... (bike lust! bike lust! bike lust!)
    But I don't need one.
Man, there are so many bikes I want, it's just ridiculous. We hardly ever get snow nor ice here, yet I feel a deep abiding yearning for an ice bike. Criminy!
